What does it cost students?

One fixed price per student, agreed upfront in a written service agreement. Searching on Casa stays free for everyone.

How does the referral work?

Every partner gets their own link and code. We agree the referral fee with you before the first student, it comes out of our fee (never added on top for the student), and we pay it once the student has paid us.

Which cities?

The 10 biggest Dutch student cities: Maastricht, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Groningen, Leiden, Delft, Eindhoven, Nijmegen and Den Haag.

Do landlords pay you?

Never. We work for the student, so landlords and agencies use us for free.
