Is this place legit?

Registration (inschrijving)The listing says you cannot register here. For most internationals that makes it unusable, no matter how nice it is.
Room-rental permit registerNo room-conversion permit notices found for this street. Normal for studios and apartments (they don't need one). For a room in a shared house, ask whether the landlord has a permit.
Scam signalsNothing suspicious in the listing text or price. Scam guide.
LandlordPrivate, listed as "Marc".

What you should know

Cannot register here. The landlord marked registration as not allowed. Without registration you get no BSN, no Dutch bank account, no huurtoeslag. Dealbreaker for most internationals.
