Is this place legit?

Registration (inschrijving)The listing says you cannot register here. For most internationals that makes it unusable, no matter how nice it is.
Room-rental permit registerNo room-conversion permit notices found for this street. Normal for studios and apartments (they don't need one). For a room in a shared house, ask whether the landlord has a permit.
Scam signalsNothing suspicious in the listing text or price. Scam guide.
LandlordPrivate, listed as "Mike". Not verified on the platform; Casa asks for ID before you pay anything.

What you should know

Cannot register here. You can't register at this address with the gemeente. Without registration you get no BSN, no Dutch bank account, no huurtoeslag, and you're legally not supposed to live here. For most internationals this is a dealbreaker.
Minimum age 30. There's a minimum age on this listing.
Deposit mentioned. A deposit of one to two months' rent is normal in NL. More than two months is not, and you're entitled to get it back within 14 days of moving out if the room is left in good condition.
