🏠 ONDERHUURDER GEZOCHT (V) Alleen reageren als je op 28 oktober naar de hospi kunt komen! Helaas gaat ons lieve huisgenootje ons tijdelijk verlaten, en daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een gezellige onderhuurder voor ongeveer 6 maanden, vanaf 1 december, met eventueel kans op verlenging. Wij wonen met vijf meiden in ons gezellige huis Huize Boot in de Zeeheldenbuurt in Groningen. We zijn allemaal serieus bezig met studie/werk, maar vinden het ook leuk om samen dingen te doen. Zo hebben we iedere dinsdag huisavond, vieren we samen SinterKerst en gaan we zo nu en dan gezellig een avondje of dagje weg. In de zomer zitten we graag met onze biertafel op het balkon, voor het huis of bij het Van Brakelplein, dat op 1 minuut lopen ligt! 🍻☀️ De kamer bestaat uit twee aparte kamers een van 12 m2 en een aparte slaapkamer van 6m2 en kost 610 euro per maand inclusief. Verder ligt het huis op 8 minuten lopen naar Westerhaven, 15 minuten fietsen naar Zernike en op 10 minuten lopen van het Stadspark.
